WE are offering a special, introductory, 3-month period, free advertising of your rental property on our website! Local-Expat will evaluate your house for free and if your house meets certain quality requirements, you can advertise with us for free, for 3 months, and increase your chances of renting it.

WHAT WE OFFER is a website and services that exclusively target the neighborhoods preferred by expatriate families living in Sofia. If your house qualifies, Local-Expat can also provide you with free advice to improve your presentation and transparency toward clients, increasing the possibility that your house gets rented. Local-Expat does not necessarily look for luxurious and expensive houses, but for tasteful, charming, well balanced houses with thoughtful aspects such as child security and fun taken into account, in and around the house.

After we receive your information we will evaluate your house. If it fits our criteria, we will then contact you to make an appointment to make additional photos and annotate specific details. Your house will then be posted for free for three months in our website, directly targeting expatriates coming to Sofia.

Reason for not accepting a house: a house will not be accepted for free posting if Local-Expat feels that it does not meet a sufficient number of the requirements we have come to expect from the international community we target. Additionally, at least five photos must be sent by e-mail, one taken from outside and four from inside (living room,dining room, kitchen and master bedroom) within ten days after filling out our electronic evaluation form.
